Tampa, Fla. – Hot4Ever Entertainment CEO DJ Short-e, today announced his official Labor Day Weekend line-up, which will feature exciting themed events at various venues for three consecutive nights starting Friday August 31st, 2012 and commencing Sunday September 1st.

The festivities kick off at his new weekend residency, TC Choy’s on Friday August 31st from 10pm-3am featuring an old school “Rain Lounge” reunion event where he plans to unite party goers that once attended the legendary venue when it was open for business. The vibe will be led by Short-e’s infamous R&B and Hip Hop DJ sets of those times. Ladies enjoy no cover until midnight with an open sponsored bar until 1am. On Saturday September 1st Short-e is back from 10pm-3am at TC Choy’s SoHo but this time to play host for the final round of his annual “Tampa Bay DJ Spin-Off” event where he creates new opportunities for local aspiring disc jockeys from all around Tampa Bay who will compete for a resident spot alongside Short-e as his opening and closing DJ. Again, ladies enjoy complimentary admission until midnight with an open sponsored bar until 1am. Gentlemen pay a $5 cover before 12am, with rotating drink specials and $4 sushi rolls all night long. Short-e will present 2 events on Sunday September 2nd. First, a “Pre-Labor Day Beach Bash” which will feature guest DJ’s and a bikini contest hosted by Casey “Mingle Mixx” Turner who was a contestant on CBS’s Big Brother season 11 and is a well-known local DJ/Host from St. Petersburg, FL. The event will take place at Crabby Bill’s Beach Club in Tampa from 2p-9pm. 18+ welcome, ladies 21+ pay no cover until 4pm, Gentlemen $5 cover before 4pm, $10 after. The 2nd Sunday event (9/2) will feature former Pro Boxing Champion “Antonio Tarver” who also co-starred in the latest Rocky movie alongside Sylvester Stalone. Tarver will host the event while DJ Short-e supplies the party music. The event will take place at Champps Sports Bar at the International Plaza from 10pm-3am.
