YouTube just awarded him with the Silver Creator Award after he hit 100,000 subscribers, but it doesn’t stop there!

Throughout his journey, Erik Mishiyev, better known as DJ Short-E has performed at some of the HOTTEST spots from New York to Miami, Tampa Bay to LA, from South Africa to Hawaii, London, Paris and beyond, all while interviewing some of the biggest celebrities and multi-platinum music stars like Pitbull, Khloe Kardashian, Neyo, Sarah Michelle Gellar and David Blaine just to name a few… The Short-E Show was born and the rest as they say, is history!

He’s an entrepreneur at heart and the CEO of Hot4ever Enterprises which specializes in events, music, fashion & television productions. Imagine a mashup of Diddy and Ryan Secrest, at least that’s how Short-E likes to describe his ambitions and him-self. Sorta like a jack of all trades in entertainment and media.

Short-e’s energy and great sense of style are second to none and it always shows in the DJ booth, on the red carpet, on stage or at a video shoot. His sets include a fun mix of high energy party Top 100 party music from the old school to the new! His ability to also host the party and rock the mic is a plus which gives him the ability to easily entertain all types of crowds and venues.

In late 2014 Short-E was called to headline at the world famous “Supper Club” in Hollywood and asked to appear twice as a special guest DJ on Diddy’s television music network “Revolt TV” which airs nationally on Time Warner/Spectrum cable.


DJ Short-e has on-air experience on radio and television, making him more appealing than most. In 2014, he was named the afternoon jock on FOX Radio 94.1FM in New York and hosted “Miami Music Television” that aired on ABC (WPLG) in South Florida, which was syndicated to over 40 million households on various digital TV networks. His show has aired in carious markets throughout the years and most recently inked a deal to air Saturday late-nights 2am in the greater Tampa Bay area on channel ABC10.

His mixes and videos are viral on YouTube where he has accumulated 94,000,000+ (million) lifetime views. As a matter of fact, YouTube/Google offered him a “show deal” back in 2007 after they discovered his exclusive red-carpet interviews. Throughout his 20-year career, Short-e has been featured in a wide variety clubs, media publications, TV shows, newspapers, magazines and more.

Most recently in 2017, DJ Short-e landed an internal sponsorship deal with American Airlines that will send him on a world-wide “Hot Spots TV” tour. He has also executive produced two TV show pilots and runs his own independent record label. To date, Short-e has filmed 2 music videos and recorded 3 studio singles, his album will be released on iTunes on Friday November 24th, 2017 aka Black Friday. The best has yet to come!
